Rev. Iris Godfrey is our Lead Pastor and the Director of Ministries. She is ordained through Elim Fellowship and serves as a Pastor, leader, and teacher among us. She has been teaching the Word of the Lord for 45 years in the Syracuse, NY region. (With ministry in Florida and Canada as invited). She is known for her ready recall of Biblical truths and revelatory - prophetic teaching.  Iris has been married to Joe Godfrey for 61 years. They have four children, five grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. 

 Rev. Cindy Rosenau is our Assistant Pastor and Assistant Director of Ministries. She was ordained through Pinecrest Bible Training Center and has served as a missionary in Ghana , West Africa for over 15 years, where she founded and has present apostolic oversight of four churches and several pastors as lead Pastor of Christ Living in You Ministries. She is known for her Spirit-centered, revelatory teaching, and for the effective flow of the prophetic through her teaching and life. Cindy is mother to two sons, and grandmother to six adorable grandchildren. 

Andrew Baldwin serves as a pastoral leader and dynamic prophet among us. We are blessed to have him serve on the ministry team. He is a gifted man of God in the prophetic and pastoral expressions and one who listens and moves as the Holy Spirit leads.  He is married to Laura and is Dad to four children and has four grandchildren. 

Kathy Blackwell is our Worship Leader and is one who truly leads in prophetic prayer and song. She is a deeply gifted musician as well as an effective prayer warrior. Kathy is mother to two sons and several grandchildren. When you enter “The Gathering,” you will feel the presence of the Lord that is welcomed and nurtured through her heart and her music.
